		<description>#1 is definitely the most important. Without the strong purpose for exercising, it&#039;s easy to quit. I don&#039;t completely agree with #6 though. I guess it depends on the situation. I mean, what if you don&#039;t like sweating? There&#039;s just something you just have to push yourself to do, which comes back to your reasons for even doing this. They have to be stronger than the reason to quit.</description>
