Weight Loss is not an easy process that everyone can approach the goal. It takes times and patiences of us.
#1 is definitely the most important. Without the strong purpose for exercising, it’s easy to quit. I don’t completely agree with #6 though. I guess it depends on the situation. I mean, what if you don’t like sweating? There’s just something you just have to push yourself to do, which comes back to your reasons for even doing this. They have to be stronger than the reason to quit.
