I read your whole article and I loved your article. Yoga today is very important in people’s life. Yoga is gaining more and more importance as there is a lot of stress at workplaces. Yoga is the best and easy way to reduce the stress. And I have some good yoga tips at http://www.jiyohealthy.com/category/stress/

Hi
Nice attempt to summarize the important things about stress management. I would like just to add something about the meditation part. Basically meditation is the best way to relax if you know how to do it and if you manage to calm down your mind.

Tai chi is a kind of meditation. It is meditation in motion. With the years of practice it becomes a perfect way to relax and strengthen both your body and spirit.

Find more details on <a href="http://www.stress-management-for-health.com" rel="nofollow">stress-management-for-health.com</a>

Just something to add to the 'taking a break' part. I split my day up into very specific timeslots. I know exactly what Im going to be doing and when and I let everyone know when those times will be.

For instance if I know I'm focusing on a project from 10-12.30 I will tell everyone in te house not to disturb me and I'll switch my phone off at that time. I am far more productive than I ever was before and my mind stays focused on the ONE task at hand.

I use my driving time well making calls (on the hands free of course) during this time or listening to personal development cds so the time is well spent.

My day is usually 6-8am work, 8-9am break, 9-12.30am work, 12.30-1pm break, then I'll change my surroundings (very important for those of you that work at home) and do 1-5pm work, 5-6pm exercise, 6-7pm break, 7-10pm work, 10-11pm daily meditation/reflection.

I outsource all my cleaning, shopping household stuff to enable me to get way more done! That way I never get stressed on the first place!

Laughter and massage I'm totally in agreement with. You don't even need to pay for a 'proper' massage - just get your partner, or friend or whoever to do it for you. Take it in turns!

Laughter, well, it's a highly underated healer as mentioned and I have a shelf full of stand up comedy DVDs in my house that have kept me healthy for years now :-)

Relaxation tapes I have on constantly whilst I'm working, doing the housework, in the car (be careful they're not going to send you to sleep though, obviously) - use the time you have to fill your mind with calming, confident content.

Your life will be changed immeasurably if you do.
Does anyone have any thoughts on what kind of relaxation audio would appeal to them?

I'm so pleased you've mentioned laughter. Not only is it great for relaxation but it's natures greatest healer as well.

If we can keep positive happy thoughts in our head we will naturally relax more and feel less stressed.

Watching stand up comedy has helped me totally transform and revitalise my life! Can't recommend it enough!

Wow, there's some great advice there. I've suffered with insomnia for years due to just not being able to relax.

I've tried everything up except the biofeedback. What works best for me is music, I find tropical rainforest sounds work the best - anything with actual words is too engaging for my brain.

Has anyone tried the biofeedback? Sounds interesting?
