Saying "No" - I love it! "No" is my favorite professional word. I try to say "no" to everything, especially if it's the first time hearing it. I say "no" not to be a slacker or to assume less work, but as a barrier. Important tasks must be completed, these tasks do not take "no" for an answer. By saying "no", you create a barrier and this forces tasks and ideas to prove that they are important and worthy of your time. For example, an employee comes to you with an idea, then you say "no". If the idea dies right there, then it probably wasn't worth exploring, but if this idea is important, it will come back around, over and over again. The next time you hear about it, you should take more time to evaluate the idea because it passed your "no" test once.

On to the next topic; exercising is great. If you exercise you'll have more energy and you'll be able to accomplish more. When I need to exercise, but don't have time for the gym I use http://www.beYOU.tv - they have free fitness/wellness videos!
