How to Boost Your Intuition
Intuition is defined as the power or ability of attaining direct knowledge or cognition without evident rational thought and inference. Intuitive knowledge is considered to be knowledge which cannot be gained either by inference or observation, by reasoning or past experience. As such intuitive knowledge is thought of as independent, original knowledge.
Intuition is helpful, because sometimes it leads you to something that cannot be achieved otherwise. A lot of lives have been saved by intuition alone. Decisions are accomplished easier if you are lucky enough, or determined enough, to use this gift. Develop your intuition now and reap benefits like you have never imagined.
Here are few steps you can take in your life to develop your intuition:
- - Believe in your first impressions: When you see someone for the first time and
think that he is a bit too arrogant for your taste, chances are that impression actually holds true. Most of the time, first impressions are brought by intuition. And remember, you only have one chance to make (or receive) a first impression! Later on, go back and think about what your first impression was and see if it holds true.
- - Never expect: After letting go of the inhibitions and all those things that stop you from thinking and feeling clearly, never expect an answer right away. Never expect that the “hunch” will just fall into your lap immediately. Give it a little time. You’ll be surprised that all of a sudden you have your answer.
- - Create space to receive Guidance may come in many ways. You may
suddenly become inspired in an unexpected way or suffer an extreme lack of inspiration in other areas. You may forget or remember items on your way out of the house. You may feel sudden impulses to do something differently. A friend or acquaintance may suddenly offer up the answer you’ve been looking for all along. Spiritual guidance comes to us in many ways. It is subtle and integrates itself seamlessly into the fabric of our lives. In order to develop your intuition, you must create some space within which you can allow guidance to unfold. Look at your life events from the perspective of receiving guidance.
- - Think positive: A worry-free, fear-free state could do so much to improve your intuitive ability. By staying positive, you attract good energy that would be able to easily recognize imminent feelings and events.
- - Hypnosis: Hypnosis is not limited to watching a pendulum move back and forth. Perform self-hypnosis or you can take advantage of hypnotic programs that can strengthen your intuition. Acknowledge assistance
- - Develop a sense of gratitude towards your Higher Self. It works hard to offer you the information that serves your highest good. Acknowledge the wealth of assistance that has come into your life. Thank your Higher Self often. As you do this, you are acknowledging the greatest part of your own being.
- - Take action Guidance is only as good as what you do with it. If intuitive information is never acted upon, it remains useless. It does take courage to act on your intuitive instincts. When you develop your intuition, reason and logic sometimes has to take a back seat to gut feeling. Try acting on guidance in small ways at first, to help you develop confidence. Then you can begin applying your intuition to more important life decisions.
- - Stay happy: All you need to be intuitive is to stay happy! Happiness attracts immense power and such power includes intuition. In tapping into your intuition, your motivation should be happiness and contentment. Given that premise, intuition will come to you easily.
Honing your intuition can help you in making better choices in life because the more information you have about something, the better decisions you can make, the faster you may be able to reach your goals, and enable yourself to live more fulfilling life.

Although there does seem to be some controversy over certian hypnosis
courses on the internet, is there really cause for concern?
At the end of the day most people never carry out the “underhand” or “underground”
courses available as they lose interest and move on to something else.
Its long been an opinion of most that hypnosis does not work, but i disagree.
Just my opinion though
Can hypnosis help in anxiety attacks and depression ?;.:
hypnosis could be used on a lot of things like quitting cigarette smoking and confidence building.;:-
