Yes its absouletly true as an Indian the two food product such as banana and chilli which is in our everday indian food habits make a quiet lot of work. U can try urself say like 2 days u eat an asian food and the third day night u eat a spicy indian curry food at night. Then go to bed early and it should be a relaxed sleep that day.
